BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THE REQUEST FORM:
Look it over carefully.  You’re going to need to have info. about your school’s holiday breaks, etc. and it’ll be a lot easier if you get all those details together first.  Take your time and if you have any questions – just email us.

Detailed answers help us understand your request and how Mr. Mike’s visit will fit into your year!

If you’re not in the San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernadino counties in California, then you will be coordinating with other schools in your area.
When coordinating, first figure out the dates and days among yourselves,
then each school should submit this form.

ATTN: Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bern., Imperial county schools:
Depending on start times and your school’s geographic location, you might have to coordinate with a second school to share Mr. Mike on 2 consecutive days. These are usually schools located in Northern/Eastern areas which are impossible to reach from south Orange County in the a.m. without grinding through 5 hours of bumper-to-bumper traffic!  Now is a good time to make a few calls to other schools in your area to see if they want to hop on board just in case you get a response from us saying, “You need to have one more school lined up!”

A single request from one school is not enough to secure dates for several schools.
We’ll schedule dates after we have received each school’s request.
Only one of the forms has to have all of the other schools’ names, contacts, etc… listed.
So, if you are the main person coordinating a bunch of schools,
then the form you submit should have all the other schools listed and their info.
That section can be skipped on the other schools’ forms.

Several day/week-long visits are booked at once, with all area schools scheduled at the same time.
If you are not making an effort to coordinate with other schools,
then you won’t be in the loop for your area and will probably not secure a date!
