This is information for U.S. schools outside of Arizona, California and Nevada.

Please provide about 5 months lead time. Visits are usually scheduled in November and again in January through May and should be booked as soon as possible.

There is a minimum of 5 schools (Mon-Fri only) on consecutive days. 1 school per day.

*Book Sales may be handled a bit differently depending on how Mr. Mike gets to your state. It is not always possible for Mr. Mike to have enough books to fill every order on the day of the event – since he’ll be visiting several schools in your area. If Mr. Mike travels by plane, that would require hundreds and hundreds of pounds of books, so most of the books will be shipped to your school within a week or so after the event. In most cases, a limited number of books will be shipped to your school before the event (like about 15-20).

Every book will be personalized to the student
(or whomever) and signed by Mr. Mike regardless of when the student receives it.

Assemblies are for the entire school only! All grades! All classes!

Visits for select grade levels or classes are not available!
Please do not schedule assemblies during a time when any class will be away!
Exceptions… For morning assemblies before the afternoon K classes begin, it is o.k. for those classes to miss the event.

BLACK OUT DATES
The following dates are not available:
1 week before your Winter Break
1 week after your Winter Break
1 week before your Spring Break
1 week after your Spring Break
Any day when even one class is on a Field Trip – they’ll never forgive you!
The weeks of testing, parent meetings, etc. unless you think it will work!
Within 1 month after a book fair
Within 1 month of any fundraising event/drive
The last three weeks before your school is out
